Let's start with a little background information about me. My career as an administrative professional began in 2004 following my graduation from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts including the Business Administration Option.
​
I pursued further studies in business administration in the years following and obtained my Certified Canadian Administrative Professional Designation (CCAP) through the Canadian Association of Administrative Professionals in 2009, and my Diploma in Business Administration from McMaster University four years later in 2013.
​
I am a self-described lifelong learner, and regularly attend professional development and training - including conferences, workshops, and learning sessions. I hold these learning opportunities as integral to my success as an administrative professional. I am a current member of the Association of Administrative Professionals, and the Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants.

In my personal life, I am the wife to an amazing and supportive husband, and mom to two amazing young humans. We enjoy puzzles and games, traveling, and simply spending quality time together in our down-time away from our work and school.
